The Date Picker control is added from the Filter Parameter dropdown list on the Panel Tab.  There are two types of dates that can be selected:-

| Fixed Value This is a specific calendar date |  |
| Calendar Value This a flexible derived value for instance, today, last monday, the start of 5 weeks ago based on 7 quarters ago |  When selecting the calendar value,it is possible to select a relative date, such as "The start of this week" and a date context such as "as of 6 months ago to build up a fexible selection of date that will resolve to an exact date based on the date the dashboard is viewed.When selecting a Relative date containing "[N]" the value of N can be entering or selected a number.
