Using the inmydata Publisher Application, if you right-click on the task name or select Schedule task from the menu, the Schedule a task screen will open.

The "Begin a task" selection shows a number of options on how to schedule a task 

Basic Settings:

On a schedule	Sets up a schedule daily/weekly	See Below
At Log on	When a user or one of a group of users logs on the task runs	Select any user or group of users
At Startup	On machine startup	No additional settings required
On idle	When the machine become idle	To change idle conditions, use the Conditions page in the Create Task or task properties sheet of the Windows Task
On an event	On a user specific event	Basic:- Select a logging event, source or Even tId. Custom: Just the Find screen to select the even required.
At task/creation/modifcation	When the task is modified	No additional settings required
On connection to a user session	When a user or one of a group of users connects to a session	Select any user or group of users and type of connection
On dsconnection of a usr session	When a user or one of a group of users connects to a session	Select any user or group of users and type of connection
On workstation lock	When a workstationis locked	Select any user or group of users
On workstation unlock	When a workstationis locked	Select any user or group of users
Custom Trigger

'On a Schedule' Settings:

Item	Descripition	Notes
One time	Runs the Task a single time
Daily	Runs the schedule Daily, recurring on a set number of days
Weekly	Runs the shedule weekly on the selected days
Monthly	Runs the task Monthly, with options to choose the date or dynamic date of the month and the months to run

Advanced Task Settings:

These settings relate to each of the above task types

Delay the task for up to ...	Select a number of options
Repeat task every	Select the time of repetition and duration for the repetion, also whether to stop the task after the repetion duration
Stop task if it runs longer than	Set a time limit for the task to run
Activate	sets a date and time for the task to activate
Expire	Set a date after which the will Task will not run
Enabled	Allows the schedule to be set as disables so it will not run.
