How To Access the Subject's Calendar Variables view
- Access Settings: Click on the Cog Icon to open the Settings menu.
- Edit Subjects: Select "Edit Subjects" to navigate to the Subject selection screen.
- Subject Selection: Select the subject to be edited, from the subject list and press the edit button
- Select Calendar Variables: from the Page Options:
Calendar variables allow us to display selection lists on dashboards that allow users to easily specify which calendar periods are used in filters.
To Add or Edit a Calendar Variable, Enter a Name, select one of the Periods to be utilised then select the default value be used. The options change based on the Date Period selected.
The available choices are:-Selection Available Values as of year Current Year, 1-10 years ago Today, 1-10 days / weeks / months / quarters / years ago quarter Current Quarter, 1-4 Quarters ago period Current Month, 1-10 Months ago week Current week, 1-10 weeks ago day Today, yesterday, 2-10 days ago
