The Subject Status Screen is accessed from the Subject List accessed from the Edit Subjects Menu option.

Subject Name	The Name of the Subject
Size of data	The size of the subject stored in the databases
Number of Rows	Number of row in the subject
Status	Current Status
Publish Status	Current Publish status. Waiting for batch process to start.... The process is waiting for an agent to service the request Complete Processing Error NewProcessing A new subject that is processing. This is so you can see it in the list and check its status before it's actually fully created. NewError A new subject that has had an error processing. This is so you can get the error message without the subject being there. LocationProcessing A status that happens after the Processing/NewProcessing when the publish is working on encoding address data to location co-ordinates.
Status last updated	Date and time of the last update to the status.
Last publish completed	Date and time of the last completed publish.
Publish status last updated	Date and time of the last update to the publish status.
