If you experience a "Something went wrong" message after logging in, or "The page can't be displayed" in the browser (or another error message), it may be that the computer you are using does not have TLS 1.2 enabled.

TLS (Transport Layer Security) 1.2 is a modern standard for secure web communications.  Older versions (1.0, 1.1) have been deprecated and can no longer be used.  Your computer must be up to date with TLS 1.2 enabled.

In Windows, ensure TLS 1.2 is enabled for clients.

Detailed instructions are given by Microsoft, or you may use the Nartac IIS Crypto tool to verify the protocols enabled on your machine and quickly enable it.
