inmydata simply requires a procedure library to be listed in the PROPATH of the AppServer to provide access to the inmydata publisher app. We provide different procedure libraries to be used depending on which version of the Progress AppServer you are using. The different procedure libraries provide the same basic functionality for inmydata, but cater for the different compilation formats and data types required with each version of Progress.

The Procedure Libraries are available for download at the bottom of this Kb.

The table below describes which procedure library should be used with each AppServer version.

Simply download the procedure library that is applicable to your version of Progress, and copy it to a directory accessible to your AppServer. Then add the fully qualified path name of the procedure library to the PROPATH of your AppServer, and restart the AppServer.

NB: If the version specified below is not available with your version, please raise a support ticket and our support team will create one for you.

The fully qualified pathname of the procedure library should be placed in the PROPATH of the AppServer. If you copy the procedure libraries using an ftp copy, you must make sure you use a binary (not ascii) copy procedure
