How To Access the Subject's Calculation Variables view
- Access Settings: Click on the Cog Icon to open the Settings menu.
- Edit Subjects: Select "Edit Subjects" to navigate to the Subject selection screen.
- Subject Selection: Select the subject to be edited, from the subject list and press the edit button
- Select Calculation Variables: from the Page Options:
Configuring Calculation Variables provides the ability to set static variables that can be utilised by Calculated Column. Example usage would be to set Tax or Exchange Rates.
To Add or Edit a Calculation Variable, Enter a Name, select a Data Type and the Value to be used.
Once set the Calculation Variable can be used in the definition of Calculated columns.
